You can choose to pick up your order for free at our pick-up location in Voorburg. After placing your order, you will receive an email once your order is ready – usually within 24 hours.

Pick-up is available at Sportclub Exercise at Bucaillestraat 2a, Voorburg.

Do you order on a weekday before 4 PM? Then your order will be shipped the same day. Usually, you'll receive your package within 1-2 business days.

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace link, so you can see exactly when your order will arrive.

At the moment, we only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Yes, you can return unopened products within 14 days, but only after you have contacted us via info@fitnesscandy.nl. We will then send you the return instructions. The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

No, for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days using the payment method you originally used.

Our products generally have a long shelf life. You can assume they will remain good for at least 14 days after receipt. For specific questions, it's best to contact us.

If a product has a shorter shelf life than usual, we clearly state this in the product description. Please visit our Too Good To Go page for products with a shorter shelf life at a reduced price.
